- Can I order items unimprinted or blank?
Most of our items can be ordered without any imprint. There is no setup charge or running charge, the unit price for some items may be cheaper. Please contact us for less than minimum quantity order.
- Can I order less than minimum quantity?
Absolute minimum for most items are one-half of the minimum order quantity rounded up to the next full case. Additional Less Than Minimum Charge usually apply. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Can I order with the same logo but have two different Addresses and Phone Numbers?
Copy changes are available for most items at additional charge, order quantity minimums in case lot quantities apply. Logo, location and imprint colors must remain the same.
- Can I order with the same imprint and logo with two different colors?
Imprint color changes are available for most items at additional charge, order quantity minimums in case lot quantities apply. Logo, location and imprint must remain the same.
- Can I send you how I want the imprint to look like?
Certainly. You can email your artwork to artwork@1800promos.com. Please send us your best quality logo/image. You can send us Word Document, JPG, GIF, etc. Most artwork can be recreated without any art charge. We'll contact you if additional charge will apply.
- I find a lower price on other website. Can you match or beat the price?
Certainly. We want your business and we'll do our best to give you the best lowest price at the same great service. Just email us the Item No, Order Quantity, Imprint Colors, In-hands Date and the website url where you find a lower price to pricematch@1800promos.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
